Malcolm Lim, Maestro and CEO of Rhythm Mastery, Creative Faculty at The Banff Centre Leadership Development, and Steven McHugh, CEO of Unison Business Development and Co-Founder of Idea Champions, offer custom designed training programs that help teams achieve masterful performance through creative thinking, effective teamwork, and visionary leadership. Our modules incorporate drumming, movement, and martial arts to break the ice, have fun, and explore the metaphor of rhythm and leadership development. We invite teams to the “Rehearsal Hall”, where people actively work on skills in order to achieve high performance.
Unlike other training programs, we explore content through hands-on musical activities and focused discussions which provide a visceral and whole brain learning experience. Because of our focus on driving a culture of results, teams will emerge with new skills, improved processes, and a common database of understanding that provide the groundwork for masterful performance.
